Finding engaging weekend activities that keep the little ones away from screens just got easier! Because we know how important it is to stimulate children’s creativity, we are preparing a special event dedicated to young readers and illustration enthusiasts.
On Saturday, May 30, 2026, the first Planeta Arthur bookstore inside Colosseum Mall becomes a space of imagination, colors, and wonderful stories.
Workshop Schedule for Saturday, May 30th:
We have prepared two interactive activities, guided by special guests and tailored for different age groups:
- 13:00 – 14:00: Introduction to miniGrafic Club
- What’s happening: A super fun comic book workshop with our special guest, Octav Ungureanu. Kids will learn how their favorite characters come to life and how to tell a story through drawing.
- Recommended age: 6-8 years old.
- 14:00 – 15:00: Unicorn Party
- What’s happening: A magical reading and illustration workshop hosted by Adela Maria Calistru. Perfect for children who love stories and want to develop their artistic skills!
- Recommended age: 6-11 years old.
A Perfect Weekend Day for the Whole Family
These workshops are an excellent opportunity for families in Sector 1, Chitila, Mogoșoaia, and the neighboring areas to spend a relaxing weekend without having to cross the busy city center.
While the children discover the magic of comic books and make new friends in the safe and friendly environment of the Planeta Arthur bookstore, parents can enjoy a good coffee, a shopping session, or a delicious lunch in the mall’s Food Court area.
